Quality Made in Globo

Quality Made in Globo

Whenever we select a new game, children are first thing that comes to our mind.

Their safety, in fact, is not only an indispensable value for Globo but also a fundamental ethical principle.

Our choices do not depend only on the beauty and usability of the product but follow more important quality criteria.

For example, the attention to the origin of raw materials, to the use of non-toxic varnishes, to the shape and size of all those elements that compose the toy.

But sometimes our attention is not enough.

For this we collaborate with authoritative laboratories to perform accurate analysis on all products. We subject toys to all the tests required by the European Directives on toy safety (2009/48 / EC), Electromagnetic Compatibility (004/108 / EC) and the Radio Equipment (199/5 / EC).

Only with all these requirements, certified by the "CE" and safety marks, guarantees every parent the quality made in Globo.

100% FUN, 100% SAFE

There cannot be a quality toy if safety was not guaranteed in advance: the parents are well aware of that, and over time have made this market more and more attentive and sensitive to the issue of safe toys.

Globo has chosen the seriousness of ICQ-IIGS, brand notified by the European Commission, to certify all products of each of its brands by subjecting them to severe and rigorous controls.

Which ones? Let's discover them:

The correct age is established by a team of specialized psychologists, which set the playful age for toys.
The toy is designed by a team of experts from different fields, to assess any possible risks associated with its use and abuse. On the basis of these analyzes are established specific tests required for certification.
Crash test, torsion testing, simulated biting, sharp edges or sharp points, checking for any breaking or parts that can cause trauma, presence of parts too small that the child could swallow: for a Globo toy exams never end.
The chemical analyzes are intended to control the possible dangerousness of raw materials, adhesives and paints.
Inside the laboratory are made constant checks for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and frequency bands (R & TTE).
The plush, and more generally all the cloth or padded material toys, are always subjected to "trial by fire"; because you never play with fire.
The process does not end with laboratory tests: the whole production flow is verified through inspections on each production lot.
